    Dave is awesome, I was wrongly convicted by the state patrol for driving under the influence(first offense). After dealing with loss of driving privileges and a major increase in auto insurance for three years fighting the state for even a plea deal, the time finally came to go to trail.     I am very happy that I was referred to Corey Chirafisi. I was at a wedding reception and an unknown male was putting hands on my children and taking pictures with them. I asked the groom to request the individual knock it off. Later, that inebriated individual approached me and hit me in the face. I defended myself and injuries to the attacker occurred. I was charged even though all I did was defend myself. Corey and Trish were very open and honest with me. I could even sense anger from Corey toward how the DA was handling this, which showed me he truly cared about my situation. The case was dismissed a few weeks before trial as the evidence Corey and Trish had collected made it quite obvious the DA had no case and would most likely be embarrassed at trial by an Outstanding attorney.     Corey and his assistant Tabitha have been wonderful in keeping in touch and keeping me up to date w/ status.
