Possession of Child Pornography – Two Counts – Adams County (September 2026)
Result: Probation with No Jail; Court Grants Expungement Over State’s Objection
Handled By: Attorney Corey Chirafisi
Summary: The client faced two felony counts of Possession of Child Pornography, offenses that can carry extremely serious consequences, including significant prison exposure. The client was 17 years old at the time of the offenses, making the otherwise applicable mandatory minimum prison provisions inapplicable under the circumstances of the case. Attorney Chirafisi successfully advocated for a probationary disposition with no jail or prison sentence. The defense also sought expungement so that the convictions would not permanently follow the client if he successfully completed his sentence. Despite the State’s objection, the Court agreed and ordered that the convictions would be eligible for expungement upon successful completion of probation.
